Registration
Registration for the event takes place via the partner platform SportsnConnect, accessible from the website.
Acceptance
Any registration for the event implies acceptance of this legal notice, this privacy policy and, where applicable, the specific conditions communicated at the time of registration on the partner platform.
Modification or cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify the event arrangements if circumstances so require, in particular for reasons of safety, logistics or force majeure.
5. Donations to the FIU and tax receipt
Corporate philanthropy
As part of corporate philanthropy, in accordance with Article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code, a donation to the Urology Innovation Fund (Fonds d’Innovation en Urologie, FIU) entitles the donor to a tax reduction equal to 60% of the amount paid.
This tax reduction applies up to a limit of EUR 20,000 or 0.5% (5 per thousand) of annual turnover excluding VAT, whichever limit is more favourable.
A tax receipt is issued by the organisation. If the applicable limit is exceeded, the excess may be carried forward to subsequent financial years in accordance with the rules of the tax authorities.
Donations from individuals
For individuals, a donation to the Urology Innovation Fund (FIU) entitles the donor to income tax relief for donations to public-interest organisations, in accordance with Article 200 of the French General Tax Code.
The tax reduction is 75% for donations up to EUR 1,000, then 66% above that amount, within the limit of 20% of taxable income.
A tax receipt is issued by the FIU. If the 20% ceiling of taxable income is exceeded, the excess may be carried forward over the following 5 years, in accordance with the applicable tax rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content present on the website afu-ventoux.fr, including in particular texts, images, videos, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, downloadable documents and audio content, is protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
